From opportunity to decision to submission. We identify and test funding opportunities, develop the strongest concepts and turn selected projects into submission-ready applications.

Typical outputs

Opportunity screening · Project concepts · Partnership structures · Budgets · Applications · Quality-control reviews

Two engagements. A clear handover point.

Full Project Development

After a GO decision, we turn the selected concept into a submission-ready application. This is a separate, intensive engagement focused on one project and its deadline.

Evidence and architectureCollection and verification of client information; detailed project architecture; partner structure, roles and coordination; activities, resources, implementation planning, results, outputs and indicators.
Application and budgetBudget and financial logic; drafting against the actual form and scoring criteria; supporting documentation and required annexes.
Review and submissionEligibility and compliance checks; independent application review; cross-document and numerical consistency; revisions with the client and partners; final quality control and submission support.

Implementation support and specialist partner search remain available as separately agreed assignments.

03

Project Quality Control

Independent review of projects and applications developed by your team or another consultant. We identify weaknesses, likely point losses and material risks, with priorities for revision. The final price depends on complexity.

Within the agreed External Projects Office scope, quality control is included for applications developed by the client or their team. This does not cover applications fully developed by RADAK under a separate Full Project Development mandate.

When only five projects out of eighty receive funding, what exactly separates application number five from application number six?

Independent assessmentCall and scoring alignment; project logic; weaknesses and likely point losses; implementation feasibility; budget logic; compliance; internal consistency and material risks.
Useful findingsA reasoned assessment and prioritised revisions. Any substantial rewriting is scoped separately; work that requires rebuilding the project falls under Full Project Development.
