Development throughout the year

A continuous, year-round development function across your funding opportunities: research, ideation, preliminary concepts and an informed GO/NO-GO decision.

Organisational fitWe establish your priorities, experience, resources, partnerships and possible project roles. This profile guides ongoing opportunity selection.
Monitoring and investigationWe monitor relevant funding sources, check eligibility and hidden gates, and research the programme, funder, previous projects and relevant evidence. Where needed, we clarify requirements with the client, funder or potential partners.
Ideation and preliminary designWhere appropriate, we develop several project directions, select the strongest and build its preliminary concept and architecture.
Feasibility and decisionWe test competitiveness, organisational fit, feasibility and the capacity required. You receive an informed GO/NO-GO recommendation and a precise account of what is needed next.

Within the agreed External Projects Office scope, quality control is included for applications developed by the client or their team. This does not cover applications fully developed by RADAK under a separate Full Project Development mandate.

We agree priorities, the opportunity pipeline and the depth of work before the annual engagement begins.

GO/NO-GO

At the decision point

You receive a preliminary concept and project architecture, an assessment of feasibility and organisational capacity, and a GO/NO-GO recommendation. The decision brief separates confirmed findings from open questions and specifies the information, evidence and capacity required to proceed.

Your team can then take the project forward, or RADAK can.

Full application preparation is not included in the monthly service.

Full Project DevelopmentAfter a GO decision, we turn the selected concept into a submission-ready application. This is a separate, intensive engagement focused on one project and its deadline.
